Service Description

We partner with school district and union leaders in the development of a comprehensive workplace wellness plan aligned with the organization’s vision and goals. We use components from best-practice wellness models (National Wellness Institute, Wellness Council of America, CDC, Kaiser Permanente and Alliance for Healthier Generation, and Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration) to tailor a model unique that will meet the unique needs of your organization. While we may provide templates, connections, ideas, assessment tools, and other resources, we do not develop the program for you. WHY? Because you know best the systems, communication channels, and employees within your organization. Our goal is to help you develop a sustainable foundation and become autonomous in creating systems, programs, and policies.
